The service

Yacht Bridge ID is a free personal space where yacht crew keep the career record — the “Yacht Bridge Pack” — issued to them by yachts running Yacht Bridge. It is reserved for crew who sailed on such a yacht: creating an account requires a signed pack issued to your email address.

Free for crew

The service is free for crew members. We may later offer optional paid features (for example towards employers or recruiters); your existing space and your data will never be held behind a paywall.

Your data is yours

Packs belong to you. You can download them, delete them, or delete your whole account at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

Fair use

Sign in only with your own email and your own packs — presenting someone else's pack is prevented technically and forbidden contractually.
Packs are digitally signed by the issuing yacht; tampering with a pack breaks its signature and its value. Do not attempt to forge or alter packs.
No automated scraping, probing or abuse of the service.

What we promise — and don't

We run the service with care (EU hosting, encrypted transport, nightly backups) but it is provided “as is”, free of charge, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Keep your original pack files: they are self-contained and verifiable independently of this service. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts used abusively (forged packs, scraping, attacks). If we ever discontinue the service, you will be notified with enough time to download your packs.
